Casuccio Creative

We understand that in order to successfully negotiate the Canadian publishing industry authors need an experienced guide, but that finding a guide can be as difficult as finding a publisher. Publishing is a nuanced, insular business that many authors feel excluded from, but Casuccio Creative changes that. Whether looking to find professional editorial assistance, a negotiator, or an experienced publishing consultant, authors can connect with us and take the next step in their literary journey.

What makes Casuccio Creative a unique literary partner is that working with us grants authors direct access to an active publishing professional who is connected to the current marketplace and understands how to best negotiate it, as well as a creative partner with proven editorial instincts.

Casuccio Creative provides a comprehensive suite of literary services for both aspiring and experienced authors. Company owner Chris Casuccio has worked in Canadian publishing for almost twenty years, and specializes in helping clients elevate their writing and find the ideal publishing path for their work.

Chris Casuccio

Casuccio Creative is owned by Chris Casuccio, who has represented award-winning authors and negotiated international publishing deals for almost two decades. Chris studied Creative Writing at York University under such respected authors as Shyam Selvadurai and Christopher Dewdney. It was from these authors that Chris first developed his love for the Canadian literary community, and understood the value of creative professional guidance. Chris has worked at Westwood Creative Artists, Canada’s largest literary agency, since 2006, and has established strong relationships with elite authors, agents, editors and publishers. This experience allows him to draw from top-level publishing insight, access respected contacts throughout North America, and help authors tell their stories in the most professionally appealing way.

Chris has helped sell projects for such acclaimed authors as Stephen R. Bown, Ian Brown, Kern Carter, Antonio Michael Downing, Matthew R. Morris, Rachel Phan, Craig Shreve and Richard Wagamese. Chris is passionate about finding and nurturing new Canadian literary voices, and helping authors who have a story to tell elevate their craft and share their work with the world.
